OBO 2005 Ford Taurus Wagon REPAIR OR PARTS CAR in Montpelier, VT

The transmission just went in our 2005 Red Ford Taurus SE wagon. It has roughly 132,000 miles on it and I have ALL the shop records for this car (previous owners records too). It is an automatic V6.*Work always done at Ford dealerships*Oil and filters changed every 5,000 miles or so*Oil coated during the winter last year*Smoke free and clean interior. *inspected and currently registered*NO title problemsWork done on the car (new parts) in the last year and a half:*new sensor replaced in the dash (had to replace whole cassette and radio console for it)*new locking gas cap and Rainex windshield wipers*new headlight*new catalytic converter and flex pipe*3 new ball bearings/jointsNeeds to be replaced or be checked out:*struts need work done or replacement*front wiper fluid hose needs to be replaced NOT patched*the transmission (something is wrong with it internally)*new tires will be needed soon because of the struts wearing tires baldCurrently been towed to a garage in Montpelier so it is NOT at our residence.
